What to Expect

Booking your appointment

Appointments can be booked online here. To reserve your appointment time, you will be required to provide a credit card on file but this will only be charged in the case of late cancellations or no shows. Once your appointment is booked, you will receive a confirmation email asking you to complete your New Patient Intake & Consent Form. To get the most out of your appointment, please complete this form and submit it online at least 24 hours prior to your visit.

Upon booking your first visit you will also be set up with a Jane account, which is where you will be able to view your scheduled appointments and access your forms, treatment notes, and handouts. You can also use this account to schedule future appointments yourself online and to access the secure video platform for virtual consults.

Direct Billing

Naturopathic services are not covered by OHIP; however naturopathic care is covered under most extended health benefit plans. We are happy to offer direct billing to most insurance companies, however individual plans vary and may not cover the full amount of each service. Please contact your insurance company for specific details regarding your coverage.

If your plan cannot be billed to directly, payment can be made by debit, VISA or Mastercard and you will be provided with an itemized receipt which you can use to submit for reimbursement. Please note that we can only direct bill for the visit cost; any additional costs associated with products/testing must be paid for at the time of your appointment.

Fee Schedule

First Visit (60 min): $200

2nd Visit (30-45 min): $150

Standard Follow Up (30 min): $95

Extended Follow Up (45 min): $150

Cancellation Policy

Your appointment time is reserved just for you. As such, we require a minimum of 24 hours notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. Patients who provide less than 24 hours notice, or miss their appointment, will be charged a fee of 50% of the scheduled visit cost.
